May 2, 2009- Arrive in Nanning (Lili's hometown)
April 29, 2009- Arrive in Beijing
May 11, 2009- Consulate Appointment
March 12, 2009-Got our TA!!
February9, 2009- Got our LOA!!!
December 8, 2008- Sent our care package
December 1, 2008-Got our Pre-Approval!
November 21, 2008- Got the call on a little girl with a birthday on Christmas eve. She has a mild heart condition. We said YES! Can't wait to meet her!
February 18, 2008- Our official Log In Date- The real wait begins...
December 31, 2007- Got our CIS Aprroval
July 28, 2007- Received our passports today.
July 1, 2007- Decided on the name "Lili-Kate" for our baby: Lili means "God is my oath" and the lilly is a symbol of purity and resurrection. "Li" in Chinese means upright and with strength. Kathryn means "Purity".
April 12, 2007- Mailed paperwork to request permission to bring our baby to America
April 9, 2007- Had our first homestudy visit
April 2, 2007- Lifeline accepted our application for adoption
March 28, 2007- Started adoption process
